Academy Award winner Shirley Jones (Actress in a Supporting Role, 1960, Elmer Gantry) stars as Shirley Partridge, the matriarch of America’s first family rock band. Co-starring as siblings are pop idol David Cassidy, Susan Dey, Danny Bonaduce, Jeremy Gelbwaks, Brian Forster and Suzanne Crough, along with Dave Madden as their beleaguered manager Reuben Kincaid. Featuring all of the songs you remember and an all-star cast of guests, The Partridge Family: The Complete Series is your backstage pass to life, love, and laughs! We passed along word two weeks ago, based upon a pre-order listing found at Amazon.ca (Canada), that on September 1st Mill Creek Entertainment will re-release The Partridge Family – The Complete Series on DVD, at a price of $44.98 SRP. MCE hadn’t formally announced it at the time, but now the studio has made it official. They confirm the date and cost, and disc count of 8 DVDs. They’ve also provided the following package art:
